About
Little Black Heart Farm
Approximately twelve years ago I convinced my husband that if we had a few chickens we could save money on eggs. If he only knew then what a crazy ride we would go on. We have had dairy cows and goats. We have made our own cheese and so many sourdough items. We have had chickens, turkeys, ducks, goats, cows, pigs, sheep, pheasants, guineas, geese, quail, meat chickens, and probably more that I'm forgetting.Â

Over the years we have changed, adapted, and learned so much. We are currently adjusting our breeding to more SOP. It is a learning process but we are enjoying it. We hope to share the love of farming with everyone.Â
